Yesterday I had my first fitting for finger splints. As someone with a connective tissue disorder I am bendier than most (think Gumby) and for me my small joints in my fingers and toes are the most hyper-mobile. (more…)

I imagine it will be a while before this page is seeing regular traffic but none the less I want to wish the flock a very happy beginning to 2016. Having a chronic illness makes everyday a complicated venture and celebratory occasions more so.
